Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

We believe in making our customers' shopping experience as smooth as possible.
Cancellation
- Cancellations will be considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Returns and refunds
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team, within 15 Days days of receipt of the products. Our team will help you with a refund or a return.
- Similarly, in case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, please contact our customer service within 15 Days days of receiving the product.
- Returns and returns are subject to receiving the original product in the same condition when it was dispatched to the customer.
- Approved returns and refunds will take 4-7 working days days to be processed.
- Products sold during a sale cannot be returned.
