Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

We believe in making our customers' shopping experience as smooth as possible.


  • Cancellations will be considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. 


  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team, within 7 Days days of receipt of the products.
  • Similarly, in case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, please contact our customer service within 7 Days days of receiving the product. 
  • Products sold during a sale cannot be returned.


  • Approved refunds will take 4-7 working days days to be processed.
